A unique career
UK Anti-Doping (UKAD) is the national organisation leading the fight for clean sport in the UK, and our vision is to inspire confidence in clean competition.
UKAD educates athletes and those who work with athletes on their rights and their responsibilities, through the implementation and management of the UK’s National Anti-Doping Policy. UKAD tests athletes for substances banned in sport and pursues and removes those who cheat.
Our team works to protect sport for those who love it. Whether that’s in competition, training or spectating, their dedication and passion to keep sport clean is what makes UKAD such a great place to work.

SportPark Pavilion 4, home of our HQ has achieved Passivhaus Classic accreditation, widely regarded as the most challenging energy efficiency and comfort standards in the world.
We're proud of our staff working group who designed our welcoming HQ office space, and did so with sustainability and inclusion at the forefront. We use an online platform that allows for anonymised recruitment, so that we don’t know your age, gender, ethnicity etc when we review your application and confirm our shortlisting for interview. Of course, skills, experience and aptitude are important, and we get a sense of these through your answers to the questions we ask you on your application.
We need to know if you have any essential qualifications and ask you to upload a copy of your CV onto the online platform. However, we first look at your responses to the application questions, which provides more of an insight into specific skills for the position you're applying for, than just a CV. The online platform redacts identifiable infomation from your CV, keeping this an anonymised recrutiment process to remove any unconcious biases.
